Hello everyone. I shared a bench at the park today with Jim and John. They quickly made it known to me that they were a couple battling terminal cancer. Them being unaware of my battle with breast cancer, they encouraged me to live, laugh and love the one I'm with cause you never know when life will be taken from you.
I was moved by these two strangers who took time to encourage and uplift me as though they had been knowing me for years.
It's not always wrong to talk to strangers so the next time you see someone you don't know, offer a kind, encouraging or uplifting word. I'm sure it will make their day better.
